Visitors can now seamlessly join the virtual queue from their smartphones upon arrival. Simply scan the QR code located by the elevators on the 2nd floor or click the link here to get started.

Once you join the queue, you’ll receive a notification directly to your smartphone when a customer care representative is available to serve you with care.

For Scheduled Appointments: 

• If you have appointments for marriages or passports, you can conveniently check in through email or text upon arrival.

Assistance Available On-Site: 

• If you don’t have a mobile device or require assistance, our customer care clerks are available at the information desk to provide support and guidance.
