Meet the Clerk & Comptroller’s Executive Team 

To help Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller Kelvin Soto, Esq., in carrying out his more than 1,000 constitutional, statutory, and court mandated duties, he relies on a group of professionals with hundreds of years of experience from both within and outside of the justice system. 

These executives are responsible for the divisions that make up the core of the office and serve at the pleasure of the Clerk & Comptroller, helping to execute the office’s mission, vision, and values one person at a time.
