To help Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller Kelvin Soto, Esq., in carrying out his more than 1,000 constitutional, statutory, and court mandated duties, he relies on a group of professionals with hundreds of years of experience from both within and outside of the justice system.
