Christopher Polke, Chief Audit and Compliance Officer

Christopher Polke, CGAP, MPA serves as the Chief Audit and Compliance Officer for Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller, under the Leadership of Clerk Kelvin Soto, Esq. Mr. Polke has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and Troy University, respectively and is a certified government auditing professional. He oversees the strategic direction, services, and day-to-day operations for the Office of the County Auditor. Prior to joining Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mr. Polke served as the Director of the Audit Executive Center and Director of Public Sector Audit Guidance, respectively, for The Institute of Internal Auditors for almost a decade, providing strategic direction, resources, training, and content development for chief audit executives and public sector auditors and their internal audit activity across the globe. Mr. Polke also has nearly 10 years of experience as an internal audit practitioner and budget analyst with the City of Orlando, where he was responsible for risk management, performance audits, compliance audits, assurance audits, revenue audits, and financial management and control.

Jasmin Littles, Auditor II

Jasmin Littles, MSA serves as the Auditor II at Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller. Mrs. Littles has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Accounting from Bethune-Cookman University and Keller Graduate school of management of DeVry University. She develops and improve resources that are needed, plan and execute audits, risk management, and other tasks for the Office of the County Auditor. Prior to joining Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mrs. Littles was Chief Accountant for the City of Apopka. She also served as the Senior Inspector General Auditor for Stacy M. Butterfield Clerk of the Circuit Court in Polk County. Mrs. Littles has over 6 years of experience in auditing in the public and private sector.

 

 

Phillip Vincent, Auditor II

Phillip Vincent, CIA serves as the Auditor II at Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller. Mr. Vincent has a Bachelor’s in Finance from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Internal Auditor. He is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting of audits and investigations in order to ensure proper financial data and controls, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and other tasks for the Office of the County Auditor. Prior to joining Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mr. Vincent was Assistant Internal Auditor for the City of Ocala. Mr. Vincent has over 8 years of experience in auditing in the public and private sector.
