Pursuant to Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC 03-49, electronic images associated with court records have been removed from this website.

The Supreme Court of Florida, on November 25, 2003, issued Administrative Order No.AOSC03-49
which ordered that, "effective immediately and until further order of this Court, no court record as defined
by Rule of Judicial Administration 2.051(b)(1)(a) shall be released in any electronic form by any Florida
Clerk of Court except as provided herein."

For purposes of the Administrative Order, "electronic form" was defined in part as "data in the fields
or files of an electronic database."

Pursuant to the Administrative Order, the Osceola Clerk of Courts may be prohibited from releasing
the electronic data files that your agency is requesting or has previously requested.

Public records remain available for your review at the Osceola County Courthouse.
This Administrative Order does not affect the Official Records website (land records).

As the Clerk of Court, I will make a diligent effort to ensure that access to public records is as
convenient as possible during the time period that the Administrative Order is effective.
